White spots on lips herpes – Cold sores?

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is an STD virus which normally causes genital warts and cancer of the cervix in female humans. HPV could be carried by partners who practice oral sex without them realizing for as many years of relationship. Why? The main cause of Fordyce spots according to experts is due to abnormal secretion of greasy fat by the sebaceous glands. This is considered as a natural occurrence but, fordyce spots that appear as yellow spots on lip lines are not associated with any disease or infections.
